Welcome to Creative Soma Flow--a beginning class/series in Continuum Movement and Somatic Therapy. In these sessions we dive into the body, using the cutting edge, somatic awakening tools of Continuum Movement, and the Halprin Life-Art Process of Tamalpa Institute.

This introductory class is offered by Therapy of Motion: dedicated to feminine empowerment and sacred movement meditation.

Please attend the introductory class before committing to the whole series. All women welcome!
This is a beginning class, so no prior experience is needed. Details below.

Continuum Soma Flow invites you to dive into your body's primal and cosmic wisdom and deepen your intuitive capacity. This series offers you an opportunity to explore your body's unique rhythm and flow in a dynamic, evolutionary way. Come and enjoy a full permission space and build on your somatic consciousness and knowledge, to nourish every area of your life. No prior experience is required. All women welcome.

In this series you will learn to ignite your somatic, creative potential in new, innovative ways, with the rich resources of breath, sound vibration and fluid motion. You will understand the language of your body-soma in a whole new capacity, and integrate the metaphoric voice of your body parts, using somatic movement, image, poetic dialogue, improvisation and symbolic meaning-making.

Daphne Georghiou, MA, RSMT, CAMT, MFTi, has 14 years of experience leading movement ritual groups, empowering the sacred feminine, facilitating body-based energy healing circles, transformational somatic journeys, and body-based expressive arts therapy experiences.
